    New Leader Coaching is for managers who have transitioned into a new organization or team or have gone from coworker to manager.

    Step Up coaches have successfully supported individual managers and teams as they navigate transitions and make the shift from great employee to great manager.

      EQ coaching helps individuals and teams become more effective and resilient through practicing emotional intelligence (EQ) skills.

      The Six Seconds EQ assessment is a validated test used worldwide to benchmark your ability to practice EQ. A Step Up certified assessor will work with you 1:1 in a confidential 60-minute coaching session where you will set your own growth goals and discuss practical steps to achieve them by leveraging and growing your EQ skills.

      Step Up has incorporated EQ coaching into organizational development, staff and leadership retreats, DEI and culture training, and onboarding since 2020.

        Individual or Team Coaching: We offer options tailored to your needs, whether you want to unlock your individual potential or build high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams.
