The Six Seconds EQ assessment is a validated test used worldwide to benchmark your ability to practice EQ. A Step Up certified assessor will work with you 1:1 in a confidential 60-minute coaching session where you will set your own growth goals and discuss practical steps to achieve them by leveraging and growing your EQ skills.
