With an extensive background in managing digital media and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, Ariana leverages her skills not only to manage social media campaigns and consult on branding but also to facilitate workshops in hybrid, virtual, and in-person formats. Her deep commitment to DEI ensures that her work not only stands out visually but also aligns with inclusive values. She currently serves on the board of the Latino Professionals Association (LPA), with the intent of uplifting and empowering other Latine professionals to achieve their goals.
Ariana’s creative expertise extends to freelancing, where she consults with various organizations on brand identity. She is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems (CMS), and UX/UI testing. Fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL), Ariana’s diverse skill set enhances her ability to connect with a wide range of audiences.
