Is authority shared fairly in merger planning?

3. Equity Where Policy Meets Operation

Are HR and accounting policies fair and inclusive?

Is staff compensation equitable across both orgs?

Is there a plan to blend and create policies with equity in mind?

4. Clear, Inclusive Communication

Are we being transparent with staff, board, and community?

Are messages clear, inclusive, and accessible?

Have we named how DEI will be prioritized throughout the merger?

5. Growing Culture, for the Future

Will we track DEI metrics post-merger (e.g., staff retention, benefits utilization)?

Is there a plan for team building and culture alignment?

Are we prepared to make ongoing adjustments?
